原理:
ros重启不掉电,导致模块失效,可以强制手工设置一下sfp速率,模块就可以正确加载了.

方法有很多,手工操作也可以,用脚本一键操作也可以.

脚本可以设置成netwatch,down的时候执行.
然后设置scheduler,每3分钟启停一次这个netwatch,只要192.168.1.1 down了,就执行一次换速率
